About

My name is Linda Williams, and I have been doing this work for fifty years.

A colleague once told me I had RSS. Restless soul syndrome, she called it.

That name landed hard, because for so long I could not explain the endless void I carried deep within.

It explained a lot. The years of getting involved in meaningless activities. Sex, drugs and rock and roll, though in my case it was jazz and reggae. Always on the verge of something, never able to define what that something was. Multiple moves. Ideas upon ideas. A slow and plodding pace toward the verge of.

I say this plainly because I want you to know who is sitting across from you. I am not someone who read about longing in a textbook.

What changed

I came to understand my life in a deeper way. I learned about synchronicity, and about the value of silence. I learned to let go of what no longer serves me in this lifetime. I learned what it actually means to love yourself beyond measure, which is a phrase people say lightly and I do not.

Now I ask myself a different question. How can I be of service in the best way possible? How do I bring more healing into the world?

How I see people

I believe in the connections between body, mind and soul, and in how deeply our physical world shapes all three. When those connections get strained, it shows up in ways that hurt. Addiction. Emotional dysregulation. A constant low discomfort you cannot point at. Harm turned inward.

I am an ordinary woman who gained some extraordinary wisdom the hard way.

I consider myself a shamanic healer. Over many years I learned to bring my strengths and my weaknesses together, my insecurities alongside the recognition of my own worth, and to use all of it in service of someone else's growth.

Rest is part of the work. So is company.

My role

Teacher. Healer. Mentor. Companion on the way toward who you are becoming.

I think of our work as collaborative guidance and dialogue. You are not a case. We are two people talking, and one of us has been walking this road a long time.

Is this work for you

Let's talk before you book anything.

Tell me a little about where you are and what brought you here. I read every message myself.
