Let's talk before you book anything.

Tell me a little about where you are and what brought you here. I read every message myself and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

Questions people ask

What is embodied self-inquiry?

A guided meditative process, rooted in shamanic healing, where I hold the container and you go inward. I stay with you the whole time and we talk about what came up afterward. Nothing is done to you. You are awake, aware, and in charge.

Do I have to believe in anything specific?

No. You need curiosity and a willingness to try. Belief is optional.

Is this therapy?

It depends where you are sitting. I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan and I carry professional liability insurance, so I can provide psychotherapy to people who are physically located in Michigan at the time of the session. That work is virtual.

For everyone else, and for anyone I see in person in New Orleans, the work is shamanic healing and depth guidance. It draws on the same decades of clinical training, but it is not psychotherapy and I am not acting as your clinician. If what you need is clinical treatment and I cannot provide it where you are, I will tell you and help you think about where to look.

What happens in a first session?

We talk. I want to hear where you are, what you have already worked on, and what you are hoping for. We decide together what shape the work should take.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Either. I see people in person in New Orleans and I work online with people anywhere. The journey work translates well to video. We can decide together which suits you.

How do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?

PayPal, Venmo, or card through Square. I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and I hold that with grace, so tell me what is going on rather than disappearing.

Do you take insurance?

No. This work is not billed through insurance and is paid directly.
